Humalakoda Pub, Restaurant & Brewery, Tallinn

We have only been here twice, and have not really eaten, but Humalakoda is a friendly, comfortable and relaxing dog-friendly pub in Balti Jaama that offers interesting and reasonably priced food and drinks.

Atmosphere and Offerings

As noted, our experience is limited, but the space is comfortable, with plenty of room for furry companions, staff were efficient and friendly, and Humalakoda offers a few home-brewed draft beers and international drafts, a wide selection of bottled/canned beers, wines by the glass or bottle, and a wide range of spirits. They also offer quite a good range of bar snacks, starters, and mains, including good-looking chicken wings, a reasonably priced burger (€10), and some delicious main course.

What We Have Had

As for food, the only item we have tried was the deep-fired cheese balls, and like most we have ordered, they are fine but a bit bland, but always enticed by the idea of deep fried cheese! As for drinks, we enjoyed a couple draft house lagers, a very good Crafters G&T and a gin on the rocks (Tanqueray No 10). All food and drinks were served well and reasonably priced.

Overall

All up, if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing dog-friendly pub that offers some good drinks, and maybe some good quality bar food while in Tallinn, then Humakalakoda is an excellent choice, especially if you are in the Balti Jaam area.
