Overview

Mikkeller Tallinn Old Town is a stylish dog-friendly bar in Tallinn perfect for craft beer lovers, with a solid selection and a central location. We’ve visited several times just for drinks and once for a VLND burger lunch special. Beer quality has been consistently high, though prices lean toward the expensive side.

Dog Policy & Atmosphere

Dogs are welcome inside, and there’s enough space to sit comfortably, but unlike many other dog-friendly Tallinn venues, water for pets hasn’t been offered on any of our visits. The atmosphere is relaxed and modern, with a cosy bar vibe that works well for both a quick drink or a longer stay.

Food & Drink

The craft beer selection is Mikkeller’s strength—always fresh and flavourful, with plenty of rotating options. That said, prices are on the higher side for Tallinn. On our one food visit, we tried the VLND burger lunch special. It was tasty and extremely good value, but we slightly preferred the VLND burger at Balti Jaama in terms of flavour and execution.
